Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park - Wildlife Photography Vlogs
I'm in the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park filming wildlife photography vlogs. This time it's about the desert rituals of the Namaqua Sandgrouse, Burchell's Sandgrouse and the Bateleur Eagle. I photograph wildlife at the new Twee Riveiren Hide and at Cubatje Quap waterhole next to Nossob camp. As always, my trusty Land Rover Defender, Basil takes me along the course of the Nossob river as I search for great wildlife encounters in the dusty heart of the Kgalagadi Transfrontier National Park 2020.
The Kgalagadi is one of the best places for wildlife photography in the world. It's an arid region ideal for self drive desert wildlife photography. I share the history of the region and why it is so good for photographing wildlife in africa. Including how the weather affects the wildlife sightings and the best times of year to go on safari.
